Why it’s interesting for GFS

Each proposal has at least three individual expert evaluations scored on excellence, impact and implementation, plus the consensus score and the final list (main, reserve or rejected). The study tests whether a Bayesian ranking of individual scores could replace consensus meetings.

Check whether the repository includes proposal text or only scores before assigning a tier.
