Evaluation reports

Evaluation Summary Reports (ESRs) are the European Commission’s written evaluation of a proposal: a score per criterion (Excellence, Impact, Implementation), the evaluators’ comments, and the outcome. For GFS they are the closest thing to an expert label of what makes a proposal fundable.

We use two kinds of source: individual ESRs, and analyses in which National Contact Points (NCPs) summarise hundreds of ESRs at once.

Individual ESRs are confidential: they name consortium partners, budgets and unpublished ideas. This catalog only records that we hold them and how many. Never paste their content, proposal names or file names here.
